Weekly classes, every Tuesday during Summer Term
"After school" yoga, mindfulness & meditation classes for children. Classes include a gentle warm up, breathing exercises, sun salutations, story-based yoga poses and flow, partner / group poses, yoga / mindfulness games and relaxation.
15:00 - 15:30 for 3-5 yr olds
16:00 - 16:40 for 6-10 yr olds
