Regular Yoga Class: From Worrier to Warrior

We have found a new venue for our From Worrier to Warrior classes!
Every Wednesday at 11:30am, book here

Since September 2017 we are offering 60 minute all-level Introduction to Anahata Yoga Session. The session will include breathing (Pranayama), physical (Asana) and relaxation exercises (Nidra), playing with the 5 Element Form.

No previous yoga experience required, though we welcome all levels.
Comfortable clothing; leggings or loose trousers and top with warm jumper / blanket to relax.
No lycra or spandex needed, just layers of clothes you can move in.
Please bring your own mat if you have one, though there will be some spares.

We are looking at regular dates, in our new venue the Bill Murray.
Please contact us if you want to request a different time and date that works for you or have any other questions about the class.

Please reserve your place in advance for £10 per class by booking a ticket via the bookings page. We will limit the size of the class to a maximum of 6 people to make sure there is time and attention for everyone.

In future we are looking to add the Pay What You Want (PWYW) option for people to join on the day.
