A little time to yourself. This gentle Anahata Yoga class will focus on breathing & movements taking you out of your head into your body. An inclusive class exploring what feels right for you, what you need at this time. Suitable for all levels. Once we have a regular group together practising comfortably online, the class can be expanded to 60/90 minutes, to include standing / mat based asana. Book min. 2 hours in advance @ £2.50
