Yoga Class: From Worrier to Warrior

75 minute all-level Introduction to Anahata Yoga Session. The session will include breathing (Pranayama), physical (Asana) and relaxation exercises (Nidra) according to the school of Anahata Yoga, playing with the 5 Element Form.

No previous yoga experience required, though we welcome all levels.

Comfortable clothing; leggings or loose trousers and top with warm jumper / blanket to relax.

Bring your own mat, though there will be some spares.

Initial class will be free of charge, though we ask for a small donation for the church to let us use the church hall. After that we charge £10 per class with an optional additional small donation for the church.

Please complete the Booking Form and reserve your place by paying in advance online or pay in correct money on the door. We will limit the size of the class to a maximum of 6 new people, plus max. 4 regulars to make sure there is time for everyone.
